We will contact you once your event has been added to the calendar. Approval could take up to 5 business days. If you have questions or concerns please call (870) 237-4486.
Upon receiving the approval email you will receive a list of facility standards and cleaning requirements for your event. You will need to sign those and send those back to the email indicated or turn into the church office.
Also, upon receiving the approval email you will receive a list of decorating instructions for the facilities.
PLEASE NOTE: Facilities not left as clean as you found them could result in a cleaning fee for the church to have the facilities cleaned. Additional fees may be requested if you are asking for help with your decorations.
